Wyatt Donen is an associate attorney in the Consumer Protection division at Custodio & Dubey. Growing up, Wyatt always knew he wanted to be an advocate for societal improvement. His desire to work in that capacity inspired him to attend and graduate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. During his time at Loyola, Wyatt was a student-fellow for the Loyola Project for the Innocent, where he worked on a number of different cases for wrongfully convicted persons. At the Project for the Innocent, Wyatt saw up close the stark realities of the justice system, and the difficulties innocent men and women experience in defending themselves against powerful, government institutions.
After graduation, Wyatt transitioned into private practice and now advocates for consumers who have been mistreated by powerful, private institutions. Wyatt firmly believes that as we are all consumers in the marketplace, whether of food, products, or ideas, holding corporations accountable for the promises they make to consumers regarding their products is a key component of building and maintaining an equitable and just society. Being part of the team at Custodio & Dubey and working to hold those corporations accountable to their consumers has been a great pleasure for Wyatt. Whether defending men and women from wrongful incarceration or advocating for consumers who have been mistreated by corporations, Wyatt is dedicated and focused on bringing about justice for his clients.
Outside of work, Wyatt is an avid outdoorsman and loves to play tennis, surf, and enjoy the beauty of the natural world.
