Rosa has many roles at Custodio & Dubey, including paralegal and case manager. She earned her B.A. degree from UCLA, and later earned her Paralegal Studies certificate from UCLA Extension. Her dream was to become an attorney. She decided to put that dream on hold since she loves to help her clients as a case manager.
Daniel is a case manager at Custodio ; Dubey LLP. His focus is on ensuring that our clients’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded through excellent customer service. He understands that as one of the main points of contact at our firm, it is his responsibility to know the client’s case inside and out. He constantly communicates with his clients every step of the way, keeping them in the loop.

Jessica began her journey at CD LAW as a medical records assistant, mastering the details that often make or break a case—requesting records, tracking treatment, and building clean, accurate files. Her eye for detail and habit of following up (twice) moved her into a legal assistant.
From there, she cross-trained as a legal assistant, coordinating providers, organizing damages, drafting demand packages, and keeping clients updated without letting anything slip.
