Gustavo Silvestre Boldrini is an experienced attorney with a track record of zealous advocacy through relentless and proactive litigation, always with an eye toward achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. As Head of CD Law’s Habitability Practice, Gustavo is dedicated to protecting tenants and families facing unsafe living conditions, landlord negligence, and housing-related disputes.
Gustavo attended Loyola Law School in downtown Los Angeles, where he focused on civil litigation and tort law. Gustavo has worked for large defense firms primarily focused on general liability defense, business litigation, and legal malpractice defense in both state and federal courts. In other words, Gustavo used to defend corporations, insurance companies, and attorneys when they were sued. Now, with the defense playbook in hand, Gustavo is committed to helping everyday people assert their rights, holding corporations and negligent property owners accountable, and securing the justice they deserve.
A first-generation Brazilian immigrant, Gustavo moved to the United States at a young age with his mother in pursuit of what everyone seeks: a better life and more opportunities—the American dream. Growing up in poverty for most of his childhood, Gustavo wanted one thing above all else: to have a voice. Today, Gustavo advocates for tenants and working families, helping ensure they are treated fairly and that landlords and corporations are held accountable when they fail to meet their legal responsibilities.
In his free time, Gustavo enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, weightlifting, watching mixed martial arts, and traveling. Although he loves visiting new places, Gustavo often finds himself returning home to visit his family in Brazil or his wife’s family in El Salvador.
