Marianna is an associate attorney at the Custodio & Dubey. She attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and during her third year, she clerked at the Los Angeles County Public Defender Office where she received a Volunteer of the Year Award from the County of Los Angeles and Board of Supervisors in recognition of her dedication and outstanding service.
After receiving a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Marianna became a California licensed attorney in 2011 and gained valuable experience working at a Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury law firm.
Since obtaining her law license, Marianna’s practice of law has been focused primarily on Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury cases in the Superior Courts of California and in the United States Central District Court of California. Marianna has represented injured individuals in hundreds of cases arising out of car accidents, slip/trip and falls, product defects, dog bites, and intentional torts.
Marianna has also represented clients in various types of employment law cases including sexual harassment, disability discrimination, whistleblower actions, and wrongful termination.
