Keshav S. Nair
Litigation Attorney
Keshav Nair is a litigation attorney with extensive experience representing clients in complex civil and criminal matters. His practice focuses on housing rights, tenant advocacy, and trial litigation, where he has handled cases from initial filings through trial, settlement, and post-judgment enforcement.
He currently represents individuals and families in unlawful detainer actions under San Francisco’s Tenant Right to Counsel program, providing full-scope legal representation while also coordinating support services for vulnerable clients. Keshav has a strong background in trial advocacy, having first-chaired federal felony trials and successfully litigated motions in both state and federal courts.
In addition to his litigation practice, Keshav is actively involved in legal education and trial advocacy training. He serves as faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and has taught and coached law students and mock trial teams at the national level.
Keshav earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School, where he received multiple awards for excellence in trial advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, San Diego.
