Ronald Gomez is a rising legal star whose journey from Inglewood to the courtroom is powered by purpose, passion, and an unwavering commitment to justice. As an Associate Attorney at Custodio & Dubey LLP, Ronald plays a key role in the firm’s Habitability and Employment Law Department, where he fights for tenants living in unsafe housing and workers facing wage violations, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
A proud graduate of Ánimo Inglewood Charter High School, Ronald went on to earn degrees from UCLA, Loyola Marymount University, and USC, building a foundation of academic excellence and community leadership. His early work as a Deputy Public Defender sharpened his courtroom instincts and deepened his dedication to defending the rights of the underserved.
Outside the office, Ronald is a devoted dog dad to two pups who keep him grounded and remind him daily of the joy in life’s simple moments. Whether he’s prepping for trial or tossing a ball in the park, Ronald brings heart, hustle, and humanity to everything he does.
He’s not just practicing law—he’s living his mission.
