Mr. Abiri is a partner at Custodio & Dubey LLP and head of the Consumer Protection and Class Actions practice group. With nearly 20 years of experience, Robert vigorously litigates his cases drawing on his diverse background which includes working the defense side at a National Law Journal top law firm, serving as a senior trial attorney at a prominent California personal injury firm, and also running a successful business litigation firm for nearly a decade. He focuses on all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation efforts through mediations and trials as well as appellate proceedings.
