We’re kicking off 2026 with growth and great news! CD LAW is proud to welcome Tamara Yeritsyan as our newest Senior Associate Attorney.

Tamara A. Yeritsyan is a seasoned litigation attorney with nearly a decade of experience representing injured individuals, public safety personnel, and businesses in complex civil, public pension, and personal injury matters. Her practice has focused on advocating for clients in personal injury, medical retirement, pension, and disability disputes, and she has successfully litigated matters from inception through resolution, including administrative hearings, trials, and appellate proceedings. Ms. Yeritsyan brings particular expertise in writ practice and appellate advocacy.

Tamara’s background also includes representing developers and homeowner associations in business and property-related disputes, as well as leading high-volume personal injury litigation teams with a strong emphasis on efficiency, client communication, and results-driven advocacy. As a Senior Associate at CD LAW, she will leverage her extensive civil litigation experience to strategically prosecute personal injury claims, including auto collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, traumatic injuries, and strict liability matters. She is a skilled litigator and trusted counselor known for delivering strong, client-focused results.

Tamara earned her undergraduate degree in International Development Studies from UCLA, graduating summa cum laude with highest honors, and received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was named to the Dean’s List and selected as a Dean’s Fellow, serving as a teaching assistant for the Academic Success and Bar Preparation Office.

In addition to her legal practice, Tamara serves as a Senior Bar Exam Tutor with BARBRI, mentoring law graduates preparing for the California Bar Exam. Driven by her passion and enthusiasm for the bar exam, she founded BAR Prep with Tamara, a personalized bar preparation program offering one-on-one tutoring and strategic exam guidance to law students and out-of-state attorneys. Tamara brings a thoughtful approach to the law, a strong work ethic, and a genuine dedication to her clients that fits right in with the CD LAW team. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the perspective and leadership she’ll bring as we head into an exciting new year!
