CD Law is proud to announce that partners Miguel Custodio and Vineet Dubey have made a generous commitment to support the UCLA Law Fellows Program. Since its founding in 1997, the UCLA Law Fellows Program has been helping to open doors and provide mentorship for high-potential students from diverse backgrounds who aspire to a career in law. Through informative seminars and panel discussions led by faculty, alumni, and members of the legal community, and one on one mentoring, the program aims to demystify the law school experience and provide guidance to students navigating the admissions process.

Miguel and Vineet’s connection to UCLA Law runs deep. The two met during their first year at UCLA School of Law in 2002, forming a friendship that would eventually lead them to start CD Law together, now one of Southern California’s leading personal injury firms.
As proud alumni (shoutout class of 2005) they’re honored to give back to a program that played a pivotal role in their careers.
“As a former Law Fellow myself, UCLA School of Law changed my life as a student and professional,” says Miguel.
“We want to make the path to law school, and success within it, more accessible for students of all backgrounds,” adds Vineet.
By supporting the UCLA Law Fellows Program, CD Law is helping empower the next generation of diverse and driven law students. This partnership reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to equity, education, and expanding opportunities within the legal community.
At CD Law, we believe in giving back to the institutions that helped shape us and in helping future lawyers find their path to success.
